I have been dealing with a sciatica issue for 2 months, kept thinking it will get better it just takes time. Well time didn’t seem to help, and it just would not go away. I could barely walk on my left leg at times and the nerve would feel like a bolt of electric current running down to my ankle. My daughter Holly recommended Kristen. I booked an hour session. Kristen was super nice and asked questions about the issues I was having. The room was very nice and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I can honestly say she worked out the trigger areas but I felt no pain while she took her time and concentrated on those areas. The best part was the shoulder, neck and head massage!! Oh my! That was the best part!!! I felt so relaxed! This morning I can say I’m just a little sore but feel pretty good! I’ll be booking another session!! Thank you Kristen!!
